1. Who we are

The service "La Convoc" (laconvoc.com) is published by UNCERT Games Sàrl, a company incorporated under Swiss law, 2 avenue Léonard-Sismondi, 1224 Chêne-Bougeries, Geneva, Switzerland, IDE CHE-386.709.973 ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. By using the site or buying a ceremony, you accept these terms.

2. What La Convoc is

La Convoc uses artificial intelligence to generate a humorous, fictional award ceremony from a conversation between two people or a group (WhatsApp, Telegram) that you submit: personalised cards, a roll of honour, and a private link to share with the group. It is an entertainment service. The verdicts are written in a deliberately teasing but affectionate tone ("zero mercy, plenty of love"); they are not professional advice, not a serious value judgement, and not a psychological assessment. The AI can be wrong, can exaggerate, and can misread things: that is rather the point.

Conversations with two participants automatically use a Duo format, with awards inspired by their exchanges and any optional context provided. This format does not diagnose or assess the relationship.

No Mercy, included in paid plans, increases the intensity of the comedy and may contain strong language. It is for adults only: you must confirm that you are at least 18 and have obtained the agreement of the other adult participants for this roast. Guest of Honour celebrates the person you choose with deliberately obvious favouritism. Both treatments remain fictional entertainment; generated texts may exaggerate or get things wrong. Read them before sharing and respect the boundaries of the people involved. These warnings do not limit your legal rights.

3. Your account

You sign in with a one time code sent to your e-mail address, with no password. You are responsible for access to your mailbox and for the accuracy of the address you provide; the ceremony link is sent there. You can delete your account at any time from your dressing room.

4. Plans and prices

The Preview is free, with no card details. Paid plans are a one off payment, with no subscription. Base prices are set in Swiss francs: The Ceremony at 5.50 CHF and The Full Edition at 7.40 CHF; the upgrade from The Ceremony to The Full Edition is offered at 1.90 CHF. At payment time, Stripe may display and charge the equivalent in your country's currency; the amount and currency shown on the payment page prevail, all taxes included. Discount codes may apply (up to 100 percent); they are validated at payment time, within their own conditions, and do not apply to the upgrade.

One treatment can be selected per ceremony. No Mercy and Duo are included in paid plans. Guest of Honour costs €0.90 for payments in euros; the exact supplement in your currency and the total are shown before payment. Your selected treatment is kept when upgrading an already paid ceremony, without charging this supplement again. Existing orders retain the amount and treatment recorded for their payment.

5. Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by Stripe. Generation starts as soon as payment is confirmed; the ceremony is available in your dressing room within a few minutes and its link is sent to you by e-mail. The ceremony link stays valid for 30 days; your file is kept for 180 days so you can upgrade without submitting the export again (see the privacy policy).

Right of withdrawal: by paying, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and delivery of the digital content without waiting for the 14 day withdrawal period to expire, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the ceremony has been generated (for consumers in France: article L.221-28, 1° and 13° of the Consumer Code; for consumers elsewhere in the EU, the equivalent provision of Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed in your country).

If the ceremony could not be generated after a payment, we restart production or refund you in full. For any other claim, write to us within 14 days at [email protected] or open a ticket from your dressing room: requests are reviewed case by case, in good faith.

6. Your commitments

By submitting a conversation, you warrant that you are a legitimate participant in it and that you have the right to share it with us. You undertake to inform the members of the group, and not to use La Convoc to harass, publicly humiliate, defame or harm anyone: the ceremony is made to be shared with the group it is about, in a spirit of friendship. You may not submit unlawful content, use the service against minors under 16, attempt to circumvent our technical or pricing measures, or extract the service at scale (scraping, reverse engineering). We may refuse or interrupt the service in case of clear abuse.

7. Content and intellectual property

Your conversation belongs to you. You grant us a limited, non exclusive licence to process the data derived from your export for the sole purpose of providing the service. The cards and texts generated for your group are yours: you may share, screenshot and download them freely for private use. The "La Convoc" trademark, the hosts (Gloria, Edmond, Didier, Odile), the templates, visuals and elements of the site remain our property and may not be reused for commercial purposes without our written consent.

8. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it available and to make the ceremonies land well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor any particular comedic result, nor the accuracy of AI generated texts. The generated content depends on the material provided: an automatic filter sets aside certain sensitive subjects and may, in rare cases, make some cards more generic.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is capped at the amount you actually paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect damages (loss of data, reputational harm arising from a share you chose to make, group fallings out, passing offence). Nothing in these terms excludes the mandatory statutory guarantees available to consumers, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services under the law of their country of habitual residence.

10. Personal data

How your data (and that of the members of your group) is processed is described in our privacy policy. The essential point: the raw export never leaves your browser, and you can destroy everything from your dressing room.

11. Changes

We may change the service and these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page on the date of your order. In case of a substantial change, we will inform you through the site or by e-mail.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings before its courts. Before any dispute, write to us: almost every disagreement is settled in a single e-mail: [email protected].
